During their careers, , the four principals of WGC have acquired or developed over 75 student housing, multi-family, retail, office and healthcare assets in more than 25 cities, totaling over $1 Billion in asset value.  Since its formation in fall 2014, WGC Partners, as a partnership has developed mixed-use land tracts, Class A pedestrian student housing properties and is under development on multiple student housing and conventional multi-family projects.

Investment Approach

WGC Partners pursues development and investment opportunities in the student housing, multi-family and mixed-use space in partnership with institutional and private individual investors.  The principals of WGC Partners have many long standing relationships with lenders and other capital providers, formed over a combined 100 years in the commercial real estate sector, enabling us to move very quickly once an opportunity is identified.

The investment approach of WGC Partners is simple.  Selectively source well-located projects in select markets and underwrite them conservatively without motivation from fees.  We believe this approach generates the highest risk-mitigated returns for our partners.
