Taking a sharpshooter approach, WGC focuses on opportunities where it can add value through our industry expertise and local market knowledge.
How We Invest
In total, the principals of WGC have acquired or developed over 75 commercial real estate assets in more than 25 cities, equating to over $1 Billion in asset value. Since its formation in fall 2014, WGC as a partnership developed mixed use land tracts and just completed an urban Class A student housing project located adjacent to the campus of the University of Houston. WGC is preparing to commence construction on a Class A student housing project at the University of Texas.
